We’re a women-owned, locally operated team running Knoxville’s only eating disorder IOP. Our care is trauma-informed and HAES-aligned—no shame, no judgement—led and operated by experienced clinicians, including one of Tennessee’s only Certified Eating Disorder Specialists. With small group sizes in a calm, home-like space, you’ll get personal attention, supported meals, and practical skills that actually stick.

We are proud to be in-network with many commercial plans from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, and Aetna.
We will help you verify that your plan is in network with our program and provide an estimate of any out of pocket expenses.
If we are not in network with your insurance plan, we offer a reduced cash pay rate and will provide superbills for possible reimbursement by your insurance.
